A Step Beyond
Riding on our success in India we set our sights beyond her shores. Callex Singapore was established in 2012 to liaise with world-class international consultants on our projects. Callex Infratech was also set up to facilitate trading of various high-end construction related material from around the world.
Determined to create new landmarks across boundaries, global expansion was put in motion through strategic planning and smart acquisitions. Callex Australia came to fruition in 2014, with a focus on developing high quality boutique projects on the eastern seaboard.

P.K. Ramesh
A Mechanical Engineer by profession, Ramesh began his illustrious career with one of India’s largest organisations. During his 15-year tenure, he took on integral Engineering and Administrative roles, winning multiple awards for his exceptional work.
Ramesh founded the Callex Group in 1996, fuelled by his passion for property development. Under his leadership, vast experience and continuous pursuit for the highest standards, the Callex Group saw incredible growth over the last two decades.
Praveen Ramesh
Praveen is a visionary, the man behind the Callex Group’s long-term global strategy. Upon his graduation in USA and Australia, he worked at the Group’s headquarters in India before starting up Callex Singapore in 2012.
Inspired by Australia’s robust property industry, Praveen established Callex Australia as part of the Group’s global expansion plan. Driven by a passion for luxury residential and high quality commercial projects, Praveen looks forward to making a mark in the Australian urban landscape.
